AirAsia Unaccompanied Child Policy

As AirAsia Unaccompanied Child Policy stated, children below age 12 will not be accepted for carriage unless they are accompanied by a person of at least 18 years of age. Children over age 12 and under 16 will be accepted for carriage only if a parent or guardian signs a Limited Liability Statement upon check in.

Guests below 18 years old

Guests between the age of 16 to 17 years old on the day of departure may travel without completing any forms and will be treated as adults. However, they cannot accompany a child under 12 years old.

Children must be seated next to the accompanying adult whom they are travelling with.
