MYAirline Check-in Information at Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (klia2)

MYAirline ceased operations on 12 October 2023

Passengers traveling with MYAirline can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Online Web Check-in

You can check in online at MYAirline official website You’ll need your booking reference number (it’s on your itinerary) and your passport details if you’re flying international.

The online check-in opens 3 days before your departure time and will be closes 1 hour prior to your departure time.

Online check-in is available for all individuals & groups up to 50 passengers except for:

• Passengers experiencing reduced mobility or requiring special assistance
• Passengers 12 - 16 years old and travelling alone
• Passengers travelling with an infant (aged 8 days and not attained its 2nd birthday)
• Passengers with a medical condition that requires a doctor’s approval to travel
• Pregnant between 28 and 34 weeks inclusive

Baggage Drop-off

After checking in via www.myairline.my, you will be able to print your bag tags from MYAirline sales kiosk in klia2 or the check-in counter.

If you have check-in baggage, please ensure that you drop off your luggage bags before the baggage drop closing time.

Depending on the destination/country, verification of your boarding pass may be required. Ensure that you verify your boarding pass at MYAirline document check counter.

Airport Counter Check-in

The amount of time needed to complete all check-in requirements varies depending on your itinerary. Airport Counter check-in and bag drop opened 2 hours and closed 45 minutes before scheduled departure for domestic flights. For  international flights, the counter opened 3 hours and closed 1 hour before scheduled departure.

Passengers are advised to be at your boarding gate 40 minutes before scheduled departure.

Boarding gate will close 20 minutes prior to scheduled time of departure.
