Scoot Air Baggage Allowance

Passengers travelling with Scoot Air are welcome to bring:

Carry-on Baggage

Every passengers can take two cabin bags with combined weight not exceeding 10 kg for Economy class and 15 kg for ScootPlus class. Carry-on baggage should not exceed 54cm x 38cm x 23cm (total linear dimensions cannot exceed 115cm).

Checked Baggage Allowance

Scoot does offers bundled several checked baggage options as below:

FlyBag / FlyBagEat : 20 kg allowance

ScootPlus : 30 kg allowance

You can purchase up to 40kg of baggage allowance online regardless of your choice of fare bundle. In line with local Occupational Health and Safety rules, each of your checked bags cannot exceed 32kg. You’ll be required to repack your baggage if it exceeds 32kgs.

The airline also allow passenger to opt for Fly fare which does not include any checked baggage allowance.

To avoid extra charges for excess baggage, please make sure to fit your allowed weight into your allowed number of pieces. Any extra weight or number of pieces will be subject to additional fees, provided there is space in the hold for your excess baggage.

Extra Baggage

If you have more baggage weight and/or pieces than your allowance, additional charges will be applied. You can purchase your extra bag allowance in advance enjoy a great discount. Charges depend on your destination.

Sports Equipment

There are sports equipment specific baggage fees applicable and these will depend on the weight and also the size category the items will fall into.
