Passengers traveling with Scoot can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Online Web Check-in

Online check-in for Scoot are available. Check in online between 48 hours and 1 hour before departure.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

For easier and smoother boarding, check in your flights at self check-in kiosk to avoid the queue.

Services are available at the check-in kiosk around the departures hall.

Airport Counter Check-in

Scoot’s check-in counters are located at Row Z at klia2 Departure Hall. The amount of time needed to complete all check-in requirements varies depending on your itinerary. The counters at the airport will be closing 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

Boarding gate will close 30 minutes prior to scheduled time of departure.
