Information Counters at klia2
Information counters are located throughout the klia2 terminal. These
counters are located at Arrival Hall, Departure Hall and Satellite Building
at the Main Terminal Building. Concierge Counter is available at every floor
at the Gateway@klia2 mall.
The friendly staffs there are available throughout the day (24 hours) to
answer passengers' and visitors' questions and provide relevant airport
information, flight information, accommodation, transportation, tourist
information and other information that can assist them during their stay in
Malaysia.
