Self Check-in Kiosk at klia2
There are Self Check-in Kiosk at klia2 for all AirAsia and AirAsia X guests,
before proceeding to the baggage drop counters, for guests who have check-in
baggage. At the Departure Hall, there are plenty of self check-in kiosks
available for the passengers to complete their check-in.
All guests may enjoy Self Check-In except for guests with reduced mobility
and those with special needs, expectant mother, 10 or more guests under one
booking number via Mobile / Kiosk Check-In.
A check-in fee of RM10 per guest will be charged for domestic flights (only
within Malaysia) for the airport counter check-in. There will be no check-in
fee for all international flights.
Self Check-in FAQs
When can I check-in from the Web or Kiosk?
You may check-in from the Web or Kiosk from four (4) to fourty-eight (48)
hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
How early do I need to come to the Airport after performing Self Check-in?
Opening and closing times are as below:

Have bags to check-in or need to verify your travel documents?
Drop your checked baggage (if any) at the baggage drop/document check counter
and ensure that your documents are verified before proceeding to the security
check point.
No baggage to check-in?
Just head to the boarding gate according to the boarding time as stated on your
boarding pass if you are not required to verify your travel documents. Keep in
mind that that the boarding gate closes 20 minutes before departure.
Can I print boarding pass at klia2?
You may reprint your boarding pass if you have self checked-in. If you have
performed web check-in, you can reprint your boarding pass online. Don't have a
printer? You can select to send a barcode to your mobile phone which you can use
to get your boarding pass reprinted at the airport.
