Arrivals Hall at klia2

The Arrival Hall is located at Level 2 of the klia2’s Main Terminal Building. It is the final stop for all passengers on Domestic Arrivals and International Arrivals. At the Arrival Hall, you will go through the immigration check, collect your luggage, shop for duty-free goods, and clear the customs checkpoint before exit.

If you are on a flight transfer to next destination, proceed to the respective transfer hall to collect your boarding pass and board the next connecting flight. Follow the overhead signboard for instructions to go to the baggage reclaim area to collect your baggage, if any.

After collected all your baggage, follow the overhead signboard for instructions to go to the attached Gateway@klia2 mall for shopping, dining or transportation to go back home or next destinations.
